Payments Online as a stand alone solution
You can use Payments Online as a stand alone solution. If you can create an excel spread sheet (or CSV file) which contains email addresses and amounts due, then this solution will allow you to collect fees online. So to summarise if you can use excel and have your clients email addresses you're approx 2 hours from taking Payments Online, so when cheques are finally scrapped you'll still be able to your collect fees easily.
