The Quays Testimonial
Southampton City Council has purchased Swimsof across 3 sites, we looked at the other swimming enrolment programme and in our view (over 26yrs between us within swimming lessons) the other programme did not compare. The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex is the 1st to have it installed and running for the summer term’s enrolments. The initial setting up, which did have a few hiccups, went smoothly in terms of issues were rectified within hours or a couple of days at most. Richard was there throughout both in person, email, phone and carrier pigeon (he doesn’t really have one) to help and talk complete novices of Access through any problems, namely me! Any ideas or different methods we used within our Go Swim Lessons were discussed and the programme was either amended to deal with this or noted for the next version.
Once the system was set up, we printed all the letters, which were personalised to swimmers, including badges gained, teachers comments and the next terms details (basically anything you can think of you’d need on the letter) in one day (only due to our slow colour printer, it could be done in much less).I predict that Swimsoft will save admin time for enrolments by 25-50%, the professionalism that has come from it has boosted the lessons into the 21st Century by giving professionalism, easily accessed reports and a reliable and simple way of both keeping track of all your lessons and being able to make justified decisions ahead of time for the setting up of classes.
Overall Swimsoft has improved our customer service, branding and professionalism and personally I feel will give the Quays and soon to be Southampton City Council the ‘wow factor’ in terms of delivery of service.
