Having been using Reports Online for a year now I felt it was time to drop you a line regarding how we are getting on. The system has made a huge impact on our overall business. The staff have found the system really easy to use and prefer being able to do them from home on the internet where changes can be made following a mistake; this could not be done so easily when hand written. Customers have found them very professional and have had a better understanding of the Award schemes due to the nature of the reports. Customers have identified areas where there children are struggling and have then booked some private lessons to help develop these areas further.
As a swimschool owner with 7 pools, my life has definitely become easier with your system as I can make changes where necessary without feeling like I'm 'nagging' my staff when human error mistakes are made.
