SwimSoft’s ‘Client Interface’ provides instant access to individual client records, at the touch of a button you can view; Course History; Awards; Payment History; Medical Information; Membership Information…Sibling & Contact Information as well as Guardians Names and much more… SwimSoft's Print Manager automatically generates; personalised ASA & Scottish Swimming compatible Progress Reports; Invoices that can include personal comments from the client's teacher and prints swimmers names on to Awards Certificates. One new swim school reported an average Annual Retention of 98%, they commented on how easy re enrolment was and that parents were very impressed to receive personalised Progress reports!
Teacher Information
To maximise every clients lesson time SwimSoft provides teachers with detailed registers which include key information such as; Goals Obtained; Health Issues; Length of time in a particular level, Also who the clients previous teachers were.
SwimSoft’s ASA progress chart is built to support the National Teaching Plan, this enables the teacher to focus on the client’s particular needs and provide individual feedback. This focus on the client’s needs leads to high client satisfaction, which in turn maximises retention and client referrals allowing the swim school to prosper with minimal marketing spend.
