Whitstable Swimming Pool Testimonial

I have found the swimsoft package very easy to use even though I am not at all competent when it comes to modern technology! Once all the info was input it has been simple to create new courses and roll classes over, this has saved me and my staff at least an hour per class in administration time and moving the customers around couldn't be simpler.

The letters generated for customers have been really well received and have definitely made our lesson package look far more professional. They have also made payment much easier for customers and ourselves, no stressful queues just a simple little box we can deal with at our own pace. No spelling mistakes (or smudges!) on certificates and no duplication of awards, it's also saving us a fortune!

Although we haven't introduced the folders yet customers have shown lots of interest and we hope to be ready to offer these from September. All in all the software has been excellent and I wish we had had it years ago, I would definitely have less grey hair if this was the case!
