Our code has been modified so that if a course start is delayed, it is easy to cancel the initial lessons. Because SwimSoft Online knows which clients have paid and what for, it can issue credits to those who have paid, and if fees have not been paid the amount required is reduced accordingly. Either way in a matter of a few button clicks, lessons can be cancelled and financials adjusted.

… the answer is yes. If you need to reschedule a lesson SwimSoft Online has a function to help you.  Any fees paid by clients to cover the original lesson will be transferred to the new lesson.  With our software, you always know what a client has paid for and what is outstanding!

You can send messages to clients about the cancellation by email or text, and then SwimSoft Online will adjust fees or credits due as appropriate and show the lesson as cancelled in the Client Hub.  All you need to do is know when lessons cannot be delivered!

If you simply want to extend a couple of courses, you’ll find the course extension system does just that; as you’d expect, the system will create invoices so you can collect additional fees.

Naturally, nobody likes losing clients but it’s important that when clients leave, you can see any free spaces so they can be filled as soon as possible; the new Place Availability search shows just that. For the first time, you will be able to see available places on courses, up to seven weeks in advance!
