Products
Lesson Manager is a web-app designed to provide your teaching staff with an electronic register, syllabi information, health data and notes on clients. Designed for use on a phone or tablet, once an instructor has entered their pin number, they will be able to see data in a few seconds. Lesson Manager works in real-time, and no syncing or uploading is required. Within a few taps of their screen, they are ready to go, and can see all of the information they require.

Client Hub provides an integrated enquiry / registration form for new clients which can be embedded onto your website and social media, or sent out by text or email.
The data entered into the form is fed in real time into your core software, and you are alerted of a new enquiry. This eliminates typo’s where details are taken over the phone, endless copying and pasting, or chasing missing details, as the client record is already populated when you get to it.

SwimSoft Online
SwimSoft Online is pre-loaded with the award schemes and criteria from the main awarding bodies (STA, Swim England, Scottish Swimming, Swim Ireland, Swim Wales and RLSS), but should you wish to use a different awards system, you can add this to the software.
Our dynamic communications system allows you to send auto-generated welcome letters when someone joins your swim school and auto-generated invoices for course fees as well as enabling you to send ad-hoc communications such as cancellation text messages / emails, newsletters, marketing etc. SwimSoft Online’s filtering system means you can select the group you wish to communicate with in just a few mouse clicks, using as many or few of the options as you need to.
All communication created within SwimSoft Online is automatically completed with client specific information, giving the appearance of a personal text or email, which refers to the client by name, and gives information relevant to their course. End to end integrated payment systems within SwimSoft Online take the work out of invoicing, chasing payment, recording payments and keeping track of your finances. Direct Debit options, either scheduled or variable, minimise financial administration further, and make payment collection more simple and convenient for both you and your clients.
